We size every sump pump to your basin, discharge distance, and Remus, MI water table, not a generic off-the-shelf number.
Remus, MI water tables and storm patterns vary enough that a pump that's right for one property can be wrong for the next. We test inflow rate during inspection so the pump we recommend actually matches your basement's real conditions.
Every sump pump installation is completed by a licensed, insured technician, with electrical work handled to code.
A failed sump pump during active weather gets priority dispatch across our Remus, MI coverage area.
Pricing covers the pump, basin, check valve, and discharge line as one quoted number, not itemized surprises after the fact.
Oversized or undersized pumps both cause problems — sizing it correctly the first time avoids premature failure.
We scope every Sump Pump Installation job in person before quoting it, since two properties with the same symptom rarely need the same fix.
We install submersible pumps rated for continuous duty, not the lighter-duty units sold for occasional use.
A battery backup pump kicks in automatically if the power goes out during a storm — exactly when you need it most.
For homes with municipal water pressure, a water-powered backup pump runs without any battery at all, using house water pressure to move basement water out.
A missing or failed check valve lets pumped water flow back into the basin, making your pump work twice as hard for the same result.
Basin lids are sealed to reduce basement humidity and keep debris out of the pump mechanism.
Tell us your pump's age, symptoms, and whether it failed or you're installing new — that shapes what we bring on the visit.
We also check the discharge line route and check valve condition as part of the same visit.
We explain why a given pump size fits your situation instead of just quoting the most expensive option.
We test the new pump under load, including a simulated power outage if a backup system is installed, before we leave.
